Pottery throw down

We have 4 spots available per class. 1 hour class. The last 15 mins is left for cleaning up.  Registration required. Clean up is required. Dress in clothes you can get dirty in. Classes will give you a chance to get your hands muddy and see if you want to continue with other classes to gain knowledge and experience. If you make a piece that you want to keep, we charge $15 to fire it. Not all pieces will be eligible to be fired.

Clay must have plenty of time to dry slowly so as not to crack – it takes approximately 10-15 days for pieces to dry then another 3 days for firing. We will call you to come back and paint then we will glaze fire and call you to pick up. All pots are held for 30 days after GLAZE firing – NO EXCEPTIONS.

No refunds of classes due to limited class size and availability. This class is open to ages 12+ and Adults

Basic Rules:

Always follow the safe instructions of your teacher.

Students will not load, unload or operate the pottery kilns.

Keep hair tied back.

Do not wear loose articles of clothing that could hang down and get caught in the wheel

Do not wear open toed or open heeled footwear (i.e., flip-flops, or sandals) in the pottery studio.

Wear clothes that can get dirty, you WILL get dirty
